The night has kicked off for the 2026 Actor Awards, formerly known as the SAGAwards, as the host, nominees and presenters start making their way down the red carpet.
Before the awards ceremony gets underway at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on Sunday, Paige DeSorbo and Scott Evans are hosting TheActor’s Red Carpet, the official preshow streaming live globally on Netflix at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT.
While red carpets are known for glitz and glamour, as celebrities typically go all out for their looks, this year, for the first time, Elle Magazine has set an official fashion theme for the Actor Awards red carpet. The theme, “Reimagining Hollywood Glamour From the ‘20s and ‘30s,” pays tribute to an era defined by bold expression, sensuality and cultural collision.
Heading into the ceremony, One Battle After Another leads this year’s film nominations with seven nods, followed by Sinners with five nods, and Frankenstein,HamnetandMarty Supreme with three nods each. On the TV side, The Studioscored the most nominations with five nods, followed by Adolescence and The White Lotus with four apiece.
As for presenters, Woody Harrelsonwill be in attendance to present the Life Achievement Award toHarrison Ford. Others include Benicio Del Toro, Regina Hall, Allison Janney, Sarah Paulson, Christoph Waltz, Andy Garcia, Angela Kinsey, Chase Infiniti, Claire Danes, Connor Storrie,Damian Lewis, Damson Idris, Delroy Lindo,Ellie Kemper,Gwyneth Paltrow, Jacob Elordi,Janelle James,Jenna Fischer,Jenna Ortega,Jessie Buckley,Lisa Kudrow, Megan Stalter,Mia Goth,Michael B. Ahead of the Actor Awards, host Kristen Bell told The Hollywood Reporter that she’s rehearsed “a lot a lot.” The Nobody Wants This star added, “We rehearse the scripts, the beats, the walk-ups, the walk-aways, the camera marks. I practice reading a teleprompter, I practice pretending to not read a teleprompter even though I absolutely am. By show day, it’s basically muscle memory.”
